We have been in the business of real estate development and lending for nearly thirty years.
Now, our goal is to take that expertise into the world of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) and Detached Accessory Dwelling Units (DADU), serving the Seattle, San Francisco Bay, L.A., and San Diego areas.

eBuilt was founded by Scott Greenlaw, a known expert who is well-versed in the industry. Scott takes a dedicated and innovative approach to the mortgage and real estate industry, successfully managing and funding over $3 billion in loan volume.
He has been involved in the development of commercial, multi-family, and residential projects throughout many decades. This has resulted in being a finalist for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award twice. Now, his laser focus is on the world of possibility that comes with new ADU/DADU regulations, and he wants to get you to the finish line.
